About the Role
We're partnering with a leading national retailer to recruit a HR Administrator to join their Shared Services team during a busy peak period. This is an excellent prospect to gain experience in a high-volume, fast-paced HR environment within a well-known organisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage time & attendance exceptions in system (weekly processing)
* Support resolution of workforce scheduling and attendance issues
* Respond to basic HR advisory queries (recruitment, benefits, general support)
* Communicate with store leaders via phone and written channels
* Support high-volume processing during peak operational periods
* Ensure accurate data entry and system updates
About You
* Entry-level opportunity – ideal for someone looking to start a career in HR/shared services
* Strong communication skills – confident on the phone and in writing
* Tech-savvy with ability to quickly learn current systems (Kronos experience highly regarded but not essential)
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume workplace
* Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
* Positive, team-focused attitude with a proactive approach
Role Details
* Temporary Contract (4-month) with possibility to extend
* Training: 2-week full-time onboarding (in office)
* Location: Eight Mile Plains
* 4 days per week in office during training
* Minimum 2 days per week in office thereafter
* Roster: Tuesday – Friday
* Immediate Start!
* $38 PH + Super
* Potential for contract extension depending on business needs
