About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Support Worker who enjoys working with adults living with a disability. This role involves providing direct care 1-1 support and group programs in a friendly engaging environment.
You will be responsible for delivering personal care, assisting with activities or providing transport to appointments as needed. The successful candidate will have a Certificate III Individual Support or similar qualification, previous experience in Disability or Community sector, and excellent communication skills.
Our ideal candidate is someone who can build rapport with a diverse range of people, work effectively in a team environment, and possess a current full Victorian Driver license, NDIS Check, WWC and Current Level 2 First Aid Certificate.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
