THE ROLE

In this role you will provide administrative support to the National Account Manager with account processes and procedures. 
**Reporting to the National Account Manager, you will**: 
Work closely with the sales team to streamline sales processes and provide any assistance 
Prepare and distribute monthly sales reports and updates to all relevant stakeholders for all brands 
Manage monthly and NPD orders liaising with key departments within Coty and with external key contacts 
Manage retailer image requests and liaise with the trade marketing team or brand teams for renders or artwork 
Coordinate and submit catalogue advertisement submission forms, artwork requests, and manage tight timelines 
Create and maintain templates for promotional activities relating to retailers and field team 
Coordinate claims and invoice processing and payments utilising SAP software 
Assist in the management and resolution of daily queries from key account headquarters 
**You will have**: 
HSC/tertiary qualifications preferred 
Minimum 1 year experience in an Administration role 
Excellent computer skills in MS Office including Excel skills at an intermediate to high level 
Background/experience in the Pharmacy, FMCG or Beauty background a plus 
High level interpersonal skills with ability to work collaboratively with sales and other functional teams 
Strong analytical, thinking and problem solving skills 
High level ability to set priorities and manage competing demands 
High level attention to detail and accuracy
