We are seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of Office Receptionist. This position presents an opportunity for a multitasker to thrive in a dynamic environment.


Key Responsibilities

* Greet visitors and manage various administrative tasks with ease.
* Effectively handle multiple tasks, including phone calls and paperwork.


Skill Requirements

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
* The ability to work independently with minimal supervision is required.


Work Schedule

* Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 3:00pm (39 weeks per year).
