About the Role
We're looking for skilled Heavy Diesel Mechanics, Technicians, or Fitters to join our team at Brisbane Airport. This hybrid role gives you the best of both worlds: workshop maintenance and field service. From repairing heavy plant and trucks in the workshop to tackling breakdowns on site - no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities
* Service, repair, and maintain heavy plant machinery and trucks
* Diagnose and repair breakdowns on site
* Deliver work to Downer's high safety and quality standards
* Work both independently and as part of a skilled team
About You
* Trade qualification in Heavy Diesel Mechanics, Plant Mechanics, or Fitting (essential)
* Strong hydraulic knowledge and diagnostic skills
* Experience with mobile plant, trucks, and heavy equipment
* Auto electrical experience highly regarded
* HR and Forklift licences desirable
* Proactive, safety-first approach to work
