As a support worker with Montessori Care, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, in-home support to a NDIS participant with high physical care needs. This role involves a combination of personal care, emotional support, and domestic assistance, with a focus on maintaining the dignity, safety, and wellbeing of the client.
