Reporting to the Group Marketing Manager, the Marketing Content Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the development, scheduling and reporting of content across the Maas suite of brands.
You will work in partnership with the broader marketing team, internal stakeholders and external agencies to support the growth of our external profile and drive business outcomes. This includes but is not limited to:
- Support the marketing department's initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of digital marketing initiatives such as content marketing, social media, EDM's and online lead generation
- Developing and scheduling both organic and paid advertising content (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Google)
- Maintaining and updating digital and web platforms
- Reporting on content campaigns, leveraging data to constantly improve and better understand our customers
- Coordinating and at times managing the development of creative assets to support content campaigns
- Supporting and where relevant leading the development of integrated marketing campaigns, working with external agencies where required.

- Basic experience running paid ads (Facebook, Instagram, Google)
- Basic knowledge of website CMS (WordPress etc)
- Basic knowledge of Meta Business Manager
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console
- Strong analytical skills to interpret audience and campaign data
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Graphic design skills adventitious
- Stakeholder and project management skills
- Ability to work under pressure with multiple and competing priorities.
