This is a newly created role will support customers through a transition period, ensuring a smooth, compliant, and customer-focused experience. You'll be responsible for managing customer journeys, coordinating field contractors, maintaining CRM data, and supporting project reporting. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys working across technical and customer service teams.
Your new role
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will:
* Manage customer transitions from initial contact through to completion, including complex and vulnerable cases.
* Coordinate onboarding and scheduling of trades, resolving field-based issues and ensuring alignment with rollout plans.
* Maintain accurate case data in the CRM system and produce reports and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.
* Support project documentation, compliance, and town-by-town rollout coordination.
* Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless delivery and communication.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
* Demonstrated experience in customer-facing case management, ideally within utilities, infrastructure, or government-funded programs.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage sensitive or distressed customer interactions.
* Experience using CRM systems and working in structured project environments.
* A collaborative, adaptable, and detail-oriented approach to work.
