The role of Accommodation Support Manager is pivotal in delivering exceptional support services to clients residing in home accommodation settings.
This position requires a confident and clear leader to oversee daily operations, implement individual support plans, build strong relationships with stakeholders, manage incident reports, and collaborate with the portfolio manager when necessary.
The successful candidate will empower participants to live independently within a 24/7 support system and provide hands-on support to clients based in homes.

* Implementation of individual support plans, encompassing Positive Behaviour Support and complex Health Care Plans
