**The Firm**:
This is an international top-tier law firm with offices across five continents. Their Australian offices, established primarily to service existing international clients seeking to invest in the country, have more than doubled in size over the past five years and are committed to further growth in the Australian market.
**The Role**:
As part of this multi-Partner practice, this role will see you working closely with one of those Partners across a varied mix of work, including:
- drafting technical advice, negotiating legal agreements and contracts including shareholder agreements, licenses and sale and purchase agreements;
- advising on M&A; transactions;
- advising on intellectual property protection, particularly structuring;
- assisting on structuring and tax work (though this will not be a large part of your role); and
- maintaining high-quality service and client relationships.
**Skills/Experience**:
To be considered you will have:
- 5+ years PAE corporate experience ideally from a mid tier or top tier firm;
- excellent attention to detail and a sharp, analytical mind; and
- the confidence to manage client relationships.
