AJM Loader Hire is seeking an experienced Front End Loader Operator to join our team on a casual basis. Based in Fremantle, WA, this hands‐on role will see you operating a variety of plant equipment to support our construction projects across the region.
What you'll be doing
* Operate front end loaders and other heavy machinery safely and efficiently on construction sites
* Load and unload materials and equipment as required
* Conduct pre-start checks and basic maintenance on assigned equipment
* Follow all safety procedures and site protocols to ensure a safe work environment
* Work collaboratively with the wider construction team to meet project deadlines
What we're looking for
* Minimum 2 years' experience operating front end loaders and other heavy plant equipment in a construction environment
* Relevant tickets/licences, including a HR or HC drivers licence and a valid High Risk Work Licence (or ability to obtain)
* Strong practical skills and mechanical aptitude to perform basic equipment maintenance
* Excellent safety awareness and the ability to follow procedures
* Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks in an outdoor work environment
* A positive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to work collaboratively
