We're Hiring: Production Technician! About the Role As a Production Technician, you'll use your fine hand skills to build our sophisticated drones. Your ability to handle small, delicate components with precision will ensure the high performance and reliability of our products. What You'll Be Doing Assemble detailed UAS (drones) and components with precision. Perform precise mechanical and electrical tasks, including wiring, soldering, and component integration. Conduct quality checks and operational tests. Keep accurate records and promptly report any issues to the Production & Maintenance Supervisor. Follow schematics and technical drawings. Support safety and continuous improvement practices. Your Skills and Experience Certificate or equivalent experience in Electronics, Engineering, Robotics, Mechatronics or a related trade. 2-3 years’ hands-on experience using small hand tools in mechanical or electronic assembly. Skilled in soldering, wiring, and interpreting mechanical and electrical schematics. MUST HAVE: Ability to obtain an Australian National Security Clearance (Australian Citizenship required). Bonus Points If You Have Experience or interest in Unmanned Aerial Systems or Robotics. Understanding of Australian aviation regulations. Why Work With Us?
