They work across commercial, industrial, hospitality, and high‑end multi‑residential with the latter being a real key area of growth for the business at the moment.
The Role
This is a brilliant opportunity for an ambitious Senior Estimator with aspirations to lead a strong estimating function within a growing business. You’ll join a team of three where you will take control of your own tenders, as well as offering advice and guidance to the rest of the team with the aim of developing into the Chief Estimator position over time.
A day in the life of your role as Senior Estimator will include :
* Preparation of initial estimates and assessment of tenders
* Project cost assessments
* Building relationships with trades and suppliers
* Stakeholder liaison and engagement
* Value engineering to ensure good profit margins
About You
* A proven track record in a similar role with at least 5+ years of experience, ideally working on tenders for high‑end apartment projects
* Knowledge of D&C and / or ECI projects and contracts – experience in Procure Pro software a plus
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to lead and guide a team of Estimators
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organisation skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines
