Senior Activity Coordinator

In this role you will be responsible for conducting assessments to gain a deeper understanding of each resident's preferences and needs. This information will inform the development of innovative events and lifestyle activities that cater to the diverse interests and abilities of residents. As a key member of our team, you will also provide coaching, supervision, and guidance to support the success of the lifestyle team.

The Perfect Candidate
* A kind heart and passion for providing high-quality care to older adults
* Certificate IV in Leisure and Health or similar qualification
* Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
* Strong coaching/training skills
* Able to establish and maintain professional relationships with residents and their families
* Commitment to respecting the values, customs, preferences, and spiritual beliefs of residents
* Great IT skills
* NDIS and Police check clearance or willingness to obtain
