We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support the day-to-day operations of our retail assets.

As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our Centre Managers with tasks such as finance, tenant liaison, lease administration, and office duties.
You will also be responsible for assisting with contractor services relating to minor repairs and maintenance, establishing positive relationships with tenants, and acting as a point of contact for supplier, tenant, and customer queries.
Additionally, you will ensure documentation is up to date and recorded, process and track all AP invoices and expense reimbursements, and enter tenant sales, insurance, and lease information into the system.
You will also prepare weekly leasing reports for clients and support four Centre Managers with administrative duties and property-related projects.

* Prior administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills interacting with various stakeholders.
* Attention to detail for accurate data entry and reporting.
* Strong organisational skills, problem-solving, and prioritising tasks.
* Flexibility to work across shopping centres; driver's licence required.
