We are looking for someone who genuinely loves what they do. Someone with high energy, a sharp creative eye, and the ability to move fast without dropping standards. Someone who can walk onto a project site, capture something beautiful, come back to the office and turn it into a polished graphic for a paid ad — all in the same day.

This role is built around three things
* Graphic design for paid ads, organic social and the Lifewood website — keeping the brand sharp at every touchpoint
* Exciting, high‐energy content creation — onsite shoots, reels, showroom, interview videos with the owner and team
* At least one win per day
How we work
We are open to school hours, part‐time, full‐time or a flexible arrangement that suits your life — as long as the work gets done and the standard stays high.
We measure output, not hours. If you are producing great work consistently, we are not watching the clock.
What you will be doing Content creation
* Filming and photographing completed flooring, staircase and renovation projects onsite
* Shooting showroom content, product detail and behind‐the‐scenes craftsmanship
* Producing reels, stories and short‐form video content each week
* Filming and producing interview‐style videos with the owner and team members
* Editing and delivering polished content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube
Graphic design
* Designing all paid advertising creatives across Meta and Google
* Creating organic social media graphics aligned with the Lifewood brand
* Producing website creatives, EDMs and digital marketing assets
* Designing brochures, catalogues and print‐ready sales materials
* Maintaining consistent branding across Lifewood at every touchpoint

Skills & experience Essential
* Strong graphic design experience with an advanced understanding of layout, typography and brand
* Advanced Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro or equivalent
* Proven ability to film, edit and produce polished short‐form video content
* Strong eye for composition, lighting and visual aesthetics
* Ability to direct and produce comfortable, natural interview‐style video content
* Self‐motivated, organised and capable of working independently
Highly regarded
* Experience with luxury, interiors, real estate or architectural content
* WordPress or HubSpot experience
* Understanding of paid social media advertising and ad creative formats
