The Role: Reporting to the Sales Manager, you are responsible for calling warm, qualified leads provided directly by the company - NO cold calling is required! Responsibilities include and are not limited to: Call and follow up on qualified warm leads provided by the company Understand and assess customer needs across HVAC, solar, and battery solutions Recommend tailored solutions and follow up with customers to confidently close sales Prepare detailed proposals and quotations Maintain accurate notes and updates within the CRM Collaborate with installation, operations, and service teams for seamless handovers About YOU: Previous outbound sales experience working to KPI's or targets is essential Excellent customer service and communication skills including the ability to quickly build rapport over the telephone Good computer skills including MS Office and experience using a CRM is highly regarded A positive "can-do" attitude with the ability to work both autonomously and part of a small team Experience in HVAC, solar, electrical, or home improvement sales is an advantage but not essential This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly team with a great culture and contribute to their ongoing success.
