Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a national portfolio of builders, architects, and specifiers
* Respond to inbound sales enquiries, prepare quotes, and follow up with precision
* Interpret plans and deliver tailored solutions using technical aptitude
* Support strategic initiatives with marketing and operations teams
* Represent the business at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings
* Lead and inspire a committed, stable sales team
Requirements:
* 3-5 years' experience in sales or account management (trade, construction, or manufacturing preferred)
* Proven leadership or management experience
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Ability to coach, guide, and motivate a sales team
* Technical or construction-based product experience
* Experience reading and interpreting architectural or technical drawings
