Must have previous Medical Reception experience. Must be confident using Best Practice Software.
Key responsibilities include:
* Greeting patients and providing excellent customer service
* Answering phones and managing appointments
* Processing billing and payments
* Maintaining patient records and confidentiality
* General administration support to Doctors and Nurses
Requirements
* Previous experience within Medical practice and Best Practice experience preferred
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability top multitask in a fast paced environment
* Computer literacy and attention to detail
* A caring and professional attitude
