About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate clinician who shares our passion for supporting children and their families.
The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality speech and language therapy to infants, children, and adolescents, conduct comprehensive assessments using tools such as CELF-5 and PLS-5, and produce detailed reports. They will also write NDIS Reports as needed, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, create engaging and play-based sessions, and contribute to program development and resource creation.
To succeed in this role, you will possess a Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Speech Pathology from an accredited institution, be a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP) with Speech Pathology Australia, and have demonstrated experience working with developmental conditions such as autism, ADHD, and speech and language disorders including feeding, swallowing, literacy, articulation, and other related areas.
You will also have proficiency in NDIS and Medicare systems, strong knowledge of early childhood development and school support systems, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and relevant certifications such as Blue Card, NDIS Worker Screening, Police Check, First Aid Certificate, and Driver's Licence.
Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or a valid work visa with unrestricted work rights are required for this position.
