Key Responsibilities:
* Manage, maintain and grow the Geelong Commercial Property Portfolio
* Handle lease administration, including expiries, renewals, and rent reviews
* Conduct routine property inspections
* Oversee accounts administration, including rental receipts and payments
* Coordinate maintenance and obtain quotes as needed
* Communicate effectively with landlords and tenants
Ideal Candidate:
* Positive, proactive attitude with exceptional communication skills
* Strong time management and multitasking abilities

Qualifications:
