Band 4 – base salary from $115,000 + Super. This permanent full‐time opportunity is based out of either Hobart or Rocherlea and offers an attractive remuneration and benefits package.
We are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst who is passionate about energy and evaluating financial decisions. The Corporate Finance team is responsible for investment evaluation, financial analysis, front‐office treasury management, corporate financial forecasting and credit risk management. In this role you will be exposed to corporate financial forecasting and investment evaluation, financial analysis and advice and when required, support the Treasury and Credit Risk functions. You will provide quality services and collaborate with diverse internal stakeholders to obtain inputs and discuss outputs of modelling.
About You
The successful candidate will have knowledge of financial analysis with tertiary qualifications in a numerical discipline (business, finance or accounting). They will be able to operate in ambiguity and help solve complex problems through financial analysis and modelling.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proven track record of translating complex financial data into understandings for non‐financial stakeholders
