Job Title: Category Growth Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Category Growth Specialist to lead the development and implementation of strategic market plans for our Tommy Hilfiger category channel in Australia and New Zealand.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in category management, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement short-term and long-term brand strategies in line with the brand's overall vision.
* Collaborate with sales directors to develop business strategies that drive growth and increase market share.
* Set budgets and financial KPIs to measure sales and gross margin performance.
* Build and manage relationships with key customers, including Amazon, to drive growth and revenue.
* Ensure range selections and buying practices align with marketing requirements.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in category management within retail or wholesale.
* In-depth knowledge of the Australian retail market.
* Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills.
* Able to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
