The Head of Operations will be the key architect of our organization, building the engine that allows us to impact thousands more students and families. The role requires a proven leader with 8-10+ years of experience in senior leadership, including scaling a B2C service or multi-site business with a heavy tech stack.
The ideal candidate will have a strategic partner and influencer mindset, partnering with other leaders to build consensus and drive complex cross-functional initiatives. They will also have a player-coach and culture carrier mentality, recruiting and developing cross-functional leaders and mentoring sales executives, systems analysts, and campus managers.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop commercial and operational teams, recruiting, mentoring, and scaling leaders across sales, customer service, campus operations, and digital operations.
* Design and execute the integrated strategy for commercial and operational functions, creating a "playbook" that connects sales, service, and academic delivery.
* Own the full student/parent lifecycle and P&L, leading the sales managers to drive student growth and the campus/operation managers to deliver a world-class, scalable student and campus experience.
* Build the foundations for scale, developing and owning the scalable "back-of-house" infrastructure, including risk management, national compliance, and core legal/HR frameworks.
* Drive national expansion, owning and executing the operational playbook for launching new campuses nationwide.
* Master workforce management, overseeing scalable systems for recruiting, training, quality assurance, and scheduling the 300+ workforce.
* Champion data-driven excellence, establishing and owning critical business KPIs (sales conversion, retention, utilisation, CSAT, operational margin).
* A proven leader with 8-10+ years of experience in senior leadership, including scaling a B2C service or multi-site business with a heavy tech stack.
