About The Role
UGL are looking for an experienced HSEQ Coordinator to join our TasWater CDO based in Hobart. This is a fixed term contract to December 2026.
What Will a Day Look Like In This Role
* Provide administration support to the HSEQ functional support teams and projects.
* Purchase of materials, equipment and consumables including co-ordination of delivery to site.
* SAP input and maintenance of purchase orders, including goods receipt, journals and queries.
* Coordination of the training needs analysis and registration.
* Comply with all HSEQ systems and processes and expected behaviours and standards.
What would we expect you to bring to the team
* Previous experience in administration (preferably within the construction/utilities industry).
* Proficient skills in computer systems - MS Word, Excel, online induction platform, email etc.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships and rapport with stakeholders at all levels both internally and externally.
