The Role
We are looking for an Administration Officer to work closely with our Administration and Corporate Services Team.
o Customer Service (Including all incoming and outgoing calls)
o Student Management and data entry
o Assisting learners through the enrolment process including collection of paperwork and evidence
o Support trainers with student enquiries
o Assistance with uploading content and resources to our Learning Management System
o Ordering of training resources for schools and trainers
o Provide overall administration support to training team
o Other duties as required
About You
o RTO experience is ideal but not essential.
o Experience within Business Administration
o Strong communication and customer service skills
o Strong computer skills
o High attention to detail
o Able to problem solve and work independently
o A high level of initiative
