This school hours friendly clinical nurse position is rewarding as you will see the impact first hand and contribute to the success of students with specialised health needs. This a permanent part-time position (0.5FTE or 38 hours per fortnight) and is a regional school based across multiple schools with the base location at Victoria Park State School.

About The Role
Responsibilities include, but not limited to;
* Form strategic partnerships with schools, health professionals and families as part of a multi-disciplinary team
* Deliver school staff education through in-service training scenarios
* Support capability building, curriculum planning, resource development and school improvement initiatives
* Develop evidence informed methodology effectively implementing across state schools in your area
* Develop emergency health plans supporting students in education setting
* Consult various stakeholders to enhance professional nursing practices and standards
* Maintain and build professional networks
* Form partnerships with other allied health professionals to increase network capacity
* Analyse policies, procedures, legislation, codes and standards to support continuous improvement through the delivery of health services across the state
* High level consultation providing information to parents, staff and students
* Actively participate as a valued team member across multi-disciplinary settings and represent your profession at all times
