Consisting of Volkswagen, JAC, Geely, Peugeot, Cupra & Mornington 4X4 Ironman. Beachside Volkswagen is on the lookout for a reliable and detail-oriented Used Vehicle Concierge / Admin Coordinator to support our growing used vehicle department. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-respected dealership and play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience to our customers - from first enquiry to final handover. About the Role You'll be the link between our dealership and the customer after the sale is made. As Delivery Coordinator, you'll organise all the associated paperwork & distribute to other departments, arrange vehicle handover, booking pre-delivery inspections, coordinating detailing, and scheduling third-party accessory fitting. Then presenting the vehicle to the purchaser on delivery. What You'll Be Doing : Coordinating vehicle preparation, paperwork and handovers Liaising with service, detailers, and accessory fitters Keeping customers informed and excited about their new purchase Achieving sales targets and delivering value to every customer What You'll Need : High energy and a customer-first mindset Strong organisation and coordination skills Clear communication and the ability to work independently A current driver's licence Experience in automotive admin or sales is a huge bonus, but not essential If you're passionate about providing outstanding service and love keeping things organised, this role could be your perfect next step.
