As a key member of our team, you will manage a diverse caseload, conducting assessments and providing evidence-based, client-centred care. This is a role for someone who is passionate about community and rural health and is eager to make a tangible impact.
This role is perfect for you if you:

All levels of experience are encouraged to apply!
Candidates with a minimum of 6 months of professional experience are preferred.
Key Criteria:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent) in your discipline.
- Current AHPRA Registration (or Provisional Registration).
- Current Australian driver's license.
- Energised and eager to contribute to the community.
