We are currently seeking a motivated and empathetic individual to join our team as a Legal Intake Specialist, responsible for managing incoming client calls and facilitating the process of connecting clients with the right solicitor.Role PurposeAs a Legal Intake Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to contact potential clients via telephone, listen to their personal injury complaints, and pass on the necessary details to a solicitor for legal advice. You will play an integral role in ensuring that potential clients receive the support they need and are connected with the right legal assistance.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle Incoming Calls: verify client information and use a provided telephone script to gather necessary details from potential clients.Schedule Appointments: convert incoming calls into scheduled appointments with the appropriate solicitor.
