About Us

Since 1910, we have grown from a small co-operative of three pharmacies to a national organisation and one of Australia's leading health, beauty, and wellness companies.

We acquired Australian Pharmaceutical Industries (API) in March 2022, expanding our supporting portfolio of brands to include Priceline, Priceline Pharmacy, Soul Pattinson Chemist, Pharmacist Advice, Clear Skincare Clinics, InstantScripts, SILK Laser Clinics & SISU Health.

Our division includes over 70 company-owned Priceline stores, 400+ Priceline pharmacy franchise stores and 89 Clear Skincare clinics. We are also a wholesale distributor of pharmaceutical goods.

In 2023, we expanded our digital and medical aesthetics offering with the acquisitions of telehealth provider InstantScripts, as well as the SILK Group, who operates a network of around 140 wholly-owned, joint venture and franchised clinics. Our division employs more than 3600 team members.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute a comprehensive transformation strategy for our distribution centre network, aligning with our objectives and market demands.
2. Identify opportunities for innovation in warehousing operations, distribution methodologies, and supply chain management.
3. Partner with key stakeholders to ensure expectations for delivery on large / complex projects are met or managed appropriately.
4. Lead the scope and commercial negotiations with vendors and various other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are delivered.
5. Analyse existing network capabilities and identify gaps requiring transformation.
6. Lead redesign of warehouse layouts and workflows to optimize space utilization and productivity in new distribution centres.


Requirements:

1. 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, logistics, or distribution operations.
2. 5+ years in senior leadership roles driving transformational change.
3. Proven track record of successfully implementing large-scale operational improvements.
4. Experience with warehouse automation and technology implementation.
5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities with the ability to influence at senior level.
6. Strong analytical skills with the ability to problem solve.
7. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
