Our Launceston Campus in Tasmania is a K-10 co-educational Christian school. While still relatively small (100+ students), the school has experienced strong and sustained growth over the past five years, fostering a positive learning environment and culture.

About the role
We are seeking a full-time passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher to join our supportive Christian school community.
Our school offers a close-knit and supportive staff team, where collaboration, encouragement, and shared purpose are valued. As a Christian school, we seek staff committed to living out their faith and supporting the school's mission and values.
The ideal candidate will:
* Demonstrate a strong understanding of, or willingness to learn, Explicit Direct Instruction (EDI) practices
* Be highly organized with strong attention to detail
* Set and maintain consistent and fair classroom expectations
* Foster a positive, engaging, and structured learning environment
* Be a committed Christian, actively involved in a local church and able to affirm the school's Statement of Faith
Applicants should be committed to professional growth, collaborative practice, and upholding Christian values.
The role is set to start Term 1, 2026, but could commence earlier (open to negotiation).
