The Senior Business Development Manager
Carrying a Sales Manager title, the Business Development Manager will be a commercially minded, results-driven professional with proven experience in driving revenue growth. The successful candidate will demonstrate outstanding relationship-building skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to lead the sales process from lead generation through to contract handover. This person will thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and be motivated by achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales performance to meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets. Enquiry levels are high.
Lead the sales process from lead qualification through to contract handover.
Develop and implement sales strategies to build new business and maintain existing client relationships.
Deliver effective presentations and tailored proposals to prospective clients.
Oversee accurate use of CRM systems and reporting of sales data.
Collaborate with marketing to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
Stay abreast of industry trends, technical developments, and competitor activity.
Provide leadership, guidance, and support across the sales function.

Qualifications & Experience
Proven track record of success in a sales management or senior BDM role, preferably within the pool, construction, construction supplier or technical supplier related industry.
Tertiary education in business or Project Management desirable.
Demonstrated experience in customer service and account management.
Marketing oversight or understanding advantageous.
Valid Victorian Driver's Licence,
