The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a global team.

* Developing and executing strategies to maximize short- and long-term revenue growth

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
* Manage MICE bookings for the resort, sourcing new business, converting leads, and serving as a dedicated liaison between customers and the resort during the sales stage.
* Maximise short- and long-term performance in line with the annual business and strategic sales and marketing revenue plan, while assisting the IHG global footprint.
Requirements
* Formal Sales Management training with a minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, accompanied by a proven track record of success.
* Understanding of hotel systems and planning/execution principles.
* Strong presentation, commercial, and communication skills.
* A flexible work approach, including proactive relation-building with clients and stakeholders.
* Able to keep abreast of market changes and consumer trends to create strategies driving business opportunities.
