Job Description
We are seeking a skilled ILS Supportability Engineering Team Lead to join our Maritime Sustainment business. In this role, you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your expertise in ILS supportability engineering and people leadership skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing the delivery of ILS supportability engineering activities. This will include providing leadership to a small ILS supportability engineering team, coaching and developing personnel, and ensuring services provided meet business objectives.
You will also be responsible for overseeing the development of Maintenance Task Analysis (MTA), Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM) Analysis, Level of Repair Analysis (LORA), and Failure Mode Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA). Additionally, you will act as a point of contact and provide ILS supportability engineering advice to customers and other key stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ILS, logistic engineering, or supportability engineering, with demonstrated experience in Logistics Support Analysis (LSA), MTA, RCM Analysis, LORA, and FMECA. They will also have people leadership experience and the ability to manage an ILS engineering team.
