About The Role
Start your leadership journey with ALDI! As a Duty Manager you will drive sales, serve customers and supervise staff, ensuring the store runs smoothly during your shift. With a focus on team support, customer service and store operations, you will grow your leadership skills and make a difference for both customers and the team.
Responsibilities
* Open and close the store and supervise shifts.
* Provide constructive, inspiring feedback to the team.
* Assist with training and onboarding new members.
* Deliver excellent customer service and handle register duties with a smile.
* Stock shelves so customers can find all their favourites.
* Monitor for incidents or hazards and keep everyone safe.
* Work evenings and weekends as part of the store management team.
