Customer Service & Admin Assistant Role
This is a full-time position requiring a motivated and customer-focused professional to deliver exceptional service and support our operations.
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a friendly, professional manner.

* Process customer sales and create accurate invoices efficiently.
* Greet and assist customers during vehicle drop-offs and pickups.
* Communicate with suppliers and customers through email and phone calls.
* Source required parts for jobs.

* Provide general administrative and office support to the team.
