We have an amazing opportunity for a HR Business Partner to join our People & Talent team.
This is a **12 months fixed term opportunity**. Based in Adelaide, this role will see you working from the office 2 days per week.
**What's the opportunity?**
Reporting to the Head of People & Talent, this role will provide end to end HR operational and strategic support to the client group, including providing advice to develop awareness of HR policies, to promote compliance and facilitate best practice outcomes and mitigate risk.** **This role will operate as a valuable partner to deliver technical and strategic HR advice across a range of areas such as performance management, recruitment, employee relations, HR programs and policy. This critical role will partner closely with senior leaders to support business outcomes and the delivery of the HR strategy.
**The key focus areas will be**:
- Covering entire remit of HR service offering and proactively supporting the delivery of HR activities (performance, IR/ER, recruitment, learning, remuneration, etc)
- Partnering with the Leadership team and acting as a strategic partner for HR-related issues
- Provide HR advice to business leaders and their teams
- Managing complex employee matters
- Responsible for all aspects of Work Health & Safety, and Return to Work
- Leading or actively contributing to various HR projects and HR reporting
**About you**:
- Experience working in a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of employment law and Modern Awards
- Exposure and ability to influence through strong relationships across a wide range of stakeholders
- Strong commercial acumen
- People-first mindset with an engaging style
- Interest and experience in Workplace Health and Safety
- Agile mindset with adaptable communication skills
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, and problem solve
- Ability to work autonomously in a collaborative team environment
- Understanding or experience in global mobility is desirable but not essential
