Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Field Technician to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and maintaining our gaming equipment at various venues across Australia.
You will conduct regular maintenance checks to identify potential issues before they impact our operations, prioritize and manage work schedules to achieve the best outcomes for our customers and business, and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities in compliance with regulations and standards.
The ideal candidate will possess prior experience servicing electronic equipment, excellent customer service and communication skills, integrity, respect, and a proactive attitude.
You will receive comprehensive training to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this role.
This is a full-time position that requires a rotating roster including weekends and evenings, providing a varied and engaging work schedule.
