The team at Adaptive Joinery seeks a qualified joiner or joinery installer to work on commercial construction projects. You will be supported by a dedicated team focused on delivering the best outcomes for the company and its clients.
Own tools are not essential, but having your own may increase your hourly rate. Accommodation and food allowance are provided for projects outside of Melbourne metropolitan area.

Responsibilities
* Assembly of a wide variety of bespoke items
* Commercial joinery installation in various locations
* Measuring (on-site and factory), cutting and laminating
* Interpretation of shop drawings
* Overall project quality control
* Troubleshooting production processes and issues
* Implementation of production and process improvements
* Timber components assembly and preparation
