As Branch Manager in Emerald, you'll lead a well-established rural retail and service hub supporting producers across Merchandise, Fertiliser, Livestock, Insurance, Real Estate and Finance. You'll take ownership of branch performance, drive sustainable growth, and mentor a high-performing team - all while building trusted relationships and playing an active role within the local agricultural community.
What You'll Do:
Reporting to the General Manager, you'll take the lead in strengthening relationships with local producers while driving sales across agricultural products and merchandise. You'll coach, support, and develop your team to deliver professional, efficient, and high-quality service - both in-store and in the field.
This is a key leadership role within the Central Highlands agricultural region, where irrigated and dryland systems support strong summer and winter cropping programs. Emerald is widely recognised for broadacre cropping, including cotton, alongside a significant beef industry, creating the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with both growers and livestock producers.
