Position Summary
Rimini Street is seeking a Partner Manager to develop and grow strategic relationships with partners in the ANZ and South East Asia Region. The Partner Manager will identify, onboard, enable and manage referral, reseller and alliance partners to accelerate pipeline generation, deal progression and revenue growth for Rimini Street's portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner Recruitment & Onboarding
o Identify, evaluate and recruit high‐potential partners (resellers, referral partners, system integrators and consulting firms).
o Manage partner onboarding process including training and contractual alignment.
* Partner Enablement & Sales Acceleration
o Drive partner readiness through enablement programs, product training, and joint go‐to‐market initiatives.
o Support partners in identifying opportunities and building the pipeline.
o Co‐sell with partners to influence and close Rimini Street deals.
* Sales Activities
o Collaborate closely with our and partner sellers, including marketing, to qualify and follow up on partner‐sourced leads.
o Manage and drive selected strategic sales cycles from qualification to closure with partner involvement.
o Support partner sellers with pipeline acceleration tactics, deal desk approval and strategic prospecting aligned with partner activity.
* Relationship Management
o Build strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders within partner organizations.
o Act as the single point of contact for partner engagement in the region.
o Collaborate with internal cross‐functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Pre‐Sales, Legal, etc.) to support partner needs and joint initiatives.
* Performance Management & Reporting
o Set quarterly business goals and joint action plans with key partners.
o Track partner performance metrics (pipeline, revenue, activity).
o Provide regular reporting and insights to management on partner contribution.
* Marketing & GTM Collaboration
o Plan and execute joint marketing activities, campaigns and partner events.
o Localize and share Rimini Street's value proposition tailored for region enterprise clients through partners.

Education
* Bachelor's degree in Business, IT or related field – MBA a plus.
Language
* Fluent English (spoken and written)
* Additional languages (spoken and written) preferred
Experience
* 10+ years of sales and partner management experience in a global software or IT services company.
* Familiarity with software support services, managed services or third‐party support models.
* Ability to influence and negotiate with senior stakeholders, both internally and externally.
* Comfortable with CRM and partner management tools (e.g. Salesforce).
* Record of sustained and significant quota over‐achievement.
* Experience working in a fast‐paced, team‐oriented, collaborative environment.
Skills
* Consultative sales approach.
* Strong writing and presentation skills in Korean and English.
* Proven analytical and problem‐solving abilities.
* Capable of working under stress and handling multiple critical priorities.
* Strong work ethic with "can‐do" attitude.
* Ability to leverage a supporting team of Account Executives, Client Success Managers, Pre‐Sales Engineers, Lead Generation and Marketing.
Desired Qualifications
* Experience as partner/alliance manager for major software vendors (e.g., SAP or Oracle) or system integrators or global enterprise companies.
* Deep understanding of the region's enterprise IT ecosystem, including ERP vendors (SAP, Oracle), resellers, referral partners, system integrators and consulting partners.
