Your ability to build strong relationships, identify opportunities, and close deals will play a key role in shaping our continued success.
What you'll be doing
* Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities
* Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
* Manage and nurture existing client relationships
* Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
* Collaborate with our production team to ensure projects are delivered on time
* Maintain a strong pipeline of business prospects
* Provide exceptional customer service and act as a trusted advisor
What we're looking for
* Experience in new business development, preferably within sales, advertising, or signage industries (preferred but not essential)
* Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage confidently at all levels
* Highly motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to succeed
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
* Full working rights in Australia
