Role Description
This full-time, on-site role is based in Sydney, NSW, and offers an exciting opportunity to lead as a 3D Modeller. The Lead 3D Modeller will oversee and participate in the creation of high-quality Architectural and Interior scenes. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with creatives, architects, and designers, ensuring the production of photorealistic renderings, managing modelling pipelines, mentoring junior team members and freelancers, and maintaining the artistic vision and quality standards of Third Aesthetic.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in 3D modelling in 3ds Max. A strong understanding of texturing and rendering work.
* Experience in delivering built environments for exterior and interior teams.
* Project management and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
* A collaborative mindset to work effectively in a creative team environment.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines with consistent quality.
* Strong understanding of Railclone and Forstpack for architectural and landscape modelling
* Strong awareness of the latest techniques, tools and workflows,.
* Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in 3D modeling, multimedia, architecture, or related fields is a plus.
* Passion for design, architecture, and artistry in visual storytelling.
Sydney Based role, Although off site in other locations in Australia could be negotiated depending on experience.
80-120k AUD Depending on experience.
