Do you have a passion for interior design and sales? We are seeking an experienced retail professional to join our team as a Customer Service and Sales Assistant at our Kotara store.
Your Key Responsibilities
Provide expert customer service to our retail and trade customers, promote and expand our Trade Loyalty Program, develop strong product knowledge, achieve and exceed personal sales targets, support other team members, and contribute to the overall presentation of the store through merchandising and general housekeeping.
The Ideal Candidate
To be successful in this role, you will possess previous experience in a retail environment, strong communication skills, an energetic and enthusiastic approach, proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office, and the ability to multi-task and prioritise work effectively.
