What You’ll Be Doing You’ll join a nationally collaborative Front-End Projects team advising on major construction and infrastructure mandates. Draft and negotiate construction and procurement documentation for major projects Advise on project financing, risk allocation and compliance matters Coordinate closings, manage stakeholder engagement and lead project workstreams Collaborate with corporate, real estate and finance teams on cross-practice matters What You’ll Bring 5 years’ PQE in construction, infrastructure or projects law Strong drafting, negotiation & stakeholder-management skills Proven ability to manage complex files under tight deadlines Commercial, client-focused mindset and collaborative approach Why Join?
