The Role
As Learning Manager, you will lead the development and delivery of learning and development initiatives across the hotel. Working closely with department leaders and the People & Culture team, you will design engaging training programs, support leadership development, and ensure our teams have the skills and confidence to deliver the ANdAZ experience every day.
You will play a key role in onboarding new colleagues, embedding brand culture, and supporting ongoing professional growth across all departments.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead hotel-wide learning and development programs
* Deliver engaging onboarding experiences for new colleagues
* Coordinate training across departments including service standards, brand culture, and operational skills
* Support leadership development and coaching for managers and supervisors
* Manage Hyatt learning platforms and compliance training requirements
* Identify training needs and create tailored development plans
* Track learning outcomes and training completion across teams
* Partner with department heads to support continuous improvement
* Champion a culture of curiosity, growth, and collaboration
About You
You’re a passionate people developer who thrives on helping others succeed. You’re organised, energetic, and confident delivering training in both group and one-on-one settings.
You bring:
* Previous experience in Learning & Development, Training, or HR within hospitality
* Strong facilitation and presentation skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* A collaborative approach with the ability to influence across departments
* Strong organisational and planning skills
* Passion for building high-performing teams and positive workplace culture
