Our client is seeking a Communications Adviser to develop and sustain trust between them and their customers. This role involves facilitating effective and timely communication to promote their services and key messages, thereby supporting the overall business strategy and its implementation across South Australia on a daily basis.
In this role, you will:
- Develop and execute communications plans to meet business goals. Create and manage content, including copy, images, videos, and graphics, across all channels, ensuring brand consistency.
- Leverage digital tools to enhance internal and external communication. Optimize content for various channels to improve engagement and effectiveness.
- Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulations. Manage relationships with suppliers and oversee the production and evaluation of advertising and campaign materials.
- Build networks to identify communication opportunities and issues. Lead media and communications during emergencies, coordinating strategies and resources.
- Ensure safety measures are in place. Collaborate on integrated campaigns, maintain administrative practices, model client values, and support team goals.
About you:
- Tertiary qualifications in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field, or significant equivalent experience. Proven track record in delivering communications advice and services in large, complex environments, including developing and evaluating integrated campaigns to support business objectives.
- Solid verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with exceptional written abilities and experience in producing effective content. Demonstrated capability to build relationships, manage competing priorities under pressure, and proficiency in using Adobe Creative Suite.
This pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading
