The Role
We are looking for experienced Concreters and Leading Hands to deliver:
* Slabs, footings, driveways and pavements
* Commercial slabs and detailed finishes
* Formwork, steel fixing and set-outs
* Small crews with increasing responsibility over time
This role is ideal for someone who:
* Takes pride in quality workmanship
* Wants to step into leadership or site supervision
* Is open to learning the commercial side of construction

What We're Looking For
* Minimum 2–3 years concreting experience
* Strong work ethic and reliability
* Ability to work as part of a tight-knit crew
* White Card (essential)
* Driver's licence (preferred)
Leadership experience is a bonus — attitude matters more than titles.
