A permanent part‐time position is available at our Byron Bay (NSW) store, for 27 hours per week. The role may require working Saturdays at the Ballina store.
Store hours are 6:30 am to 4 pm, Monday‐Friday.
Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer experience to both retail and trade customers.
* Tint and mix paint and offer colour advice.
* Follow the \"Inspirations Way\" guiding principles.
* Share product knowledge in paint and protective coatings, and assist with stock control and merchandising.
* Ensure store presentation, stock management and housekeeping standards are met.
* Adhere to the Workplace Health & Safety program.
Qualifications / Attributes
* Demonstrated customer service experience with personalised customer focus.
* Well presented both in appearance and communication.
* Able to contribute and work in a small team environment.
* Proven sales experience and strong knowledge of paint and associated products.
* Approachable, confident and energetic with a pleasant disposition and the ability to effectively deal with customer queries and/or complaints.
* Attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to learn new systems.
* Honest, reliable and punctual.
* Knowledge of the paint industry is preferred.
* Ability to lift up to 25 kg.
* Current Australian driver's licence (preferred).
